How does your payroll process work?

For the vast majority of shifts, timesheets are to be delivered by filling out our e-sign-timesheet at the end of your shift, which will be provided during the onboarding process.

  • Step one: Deliver timesheets by Monday at 18:00 to get into that weeks’ pay run.
  • Step two: ThinkLocum verifies timesheet.
  • Step three: Receive a payslip (if PAYE) or statement (if Ltd) by Friday.
    Step four: Receive payment on Friday.

How do I deliver my timesheet?

Timesheets are to be delivered by filling out our e-sign-timesheet at the end of your shift, you can gain access to this link by sending an email to finance@thinkworkforce.co.uk. This link will also be provided to you during the confirmation of the onboarding email and might have landed in your "junk mail". How do I change my banking details for payment?

You can update your banking information and details on our electronic "Banking Details Form" that will be provided to you during the confirmation of the onboarding email and might have landed in your "junk mail". You can also gain access to this form by sending an email to finance@thinkworkforce.co.uk.  If you are struggling to access the link feel free to phone one of our consultants on +44 (0)208 089 8008.

What happens if I cannot make my shift, or am running late?

If you encounter any issues that might affect your attendance or punctuality, please notify us immediately. You can contact us at  +44 (0)208 089 8008. this is a 24/7 manned line. It's important to call instead of sending a message to ensure that we receive the message promptly and can communicate with the client right away.
